At Real Value Management, our number one goal is to make a real difference in the communities of South Jersey and the surrounding areas. We are presently meeting this goal by acquiring single family homes at an attractive price, rehabilitating and renovating these homes in a cost-effective manner, and renting to tenants at a fair market rent level. Our philosophy is to spend more on the initial development of recently acquired properties, thereby enhancing not only our ability to offer tenants a premium product in their area, but keep ongoing maintenance and repair costs to a minimum as well. Lower ongoing repair costs means a higher quality of maintenance and repair service for our tenants.
Additionally, we offer a partnership with our tenants in the form of The Responsible Tenant Rewards program, which offers cash incentives to all qualified tenants on a regular basis throughout the term of their tenancy. In providing this incentive we are not only forging a mutually beneficial relationship with our responsible tenants but effectively lowering their monthly rent payment, enabling them to manage their finances more readily and possibly increase their discretionary spending in the community.
