Real Value Management is a company built on developing and maintaining strong relationships, particularly when it comes to our tenants. We recognize that responsible tenants – those who pay their rent on time and maintain the home in good condition – are what drive our business and make us an exceptional company.
That is why we enroll all qualified tenants in The Responsible Tenant Rewards Program, or “RTR”. As RTR members tenants can earn cash rewards simply for making full and on-time rent payments and keeping their rental property in good condition. RTR members are eligible to earn cash rewards up to four times annually, as well as a bonus reward that grows larger over time and is payable in five years or sooner, in accordance with the terms and conditions seen below.
